The Yoga & Cardio Boutique is a non-competitive community where everyone can meet their fitness goals. Each class is lead by knowledgeable and caring staff who focus on you as an individual.


Class sizes are small (no more than 15) to allow each client to achieve their own personal goals and enjoy a private lesson in a group setting.
